- Vetting and Clearing Names: You must ensure that any name you choose to use does not infringe upon the trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. We do not conduct trademark searches and cannot guarantee name availability.
- Domain & Social Media Availability: We do not guarantee that any suggested name has an available domain name or social media handle.
3. User Accounts
If you create an account on our Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
