We do not conduct trademark searches and cannot guarantee name availability, nor do we guarantee that any suggested name has an available domain name or social media handle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; to generate names that are defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; to harass, abuse, or harm another person; to impersonate any person or entity; to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service; or to use data mining, robots, or similar automated data-gathering tools against the Service.
